ApozWe're using FedEx exclusively now. Have found there are simply fewer issues than with UPS. Not that FedEx is perfect but there are noticeably fewer damaged shipments and they are much easier to deal with when problems do arise.

ArozziScottThanks Scott, my building requires a COI (cert. of insurance) for deliveries of this size, do you know if FedEx is used to dealing with these type of requirements?

ApozNo, I know what a COI is but never heard of it in relation to private deliveries. Write us at service@arozzi.com and we can check with FedEx on that. I will try to remember to check but an email will serve as backup in case I forget.

ApozJust FYI, I am sorry he did not get an answer back yesterday. He actually dropped by the office and he had never heard of this either, so had to ask other people in the company. It will probably be a few weeks until the next Arena drop here. Once we get the answer, we'll figure out a way to get you a unit ASAP.
