Does the table adjust to height rather easily? How do you adjust? Do you have to remove everything from the desk and then undo a couple of screws, adjust the height, screw back in and then put everything on desk? Thanks!

jkerThe height adjustment is just within a few inches for seating comfort. It is not an adjust on the fly sort of design. It is four set screws. Yes, I would recommend taking stuff of the table before adjusting,
