Gotta admit, I'm a little disappointed. Nearly $300, I had pretty high expectations. First, box arrived damaged.

Then 2 of the 3 desk tops arrived damaged.

Not to mention the suspect quality. With the warped metal.

And I'm not quite sure how to reach their customer support team.

We are aware of how the packages are arriving damaged to many customers. As you know the Arenas weighs quite a bit, 105 pounds to be exact, so some of the time while in the process of being deliver, it takes a beating.
