devthadevastatorWe have sold over 16,000 of these desks, just in North America. So even if there are 40 people here with that problem (which there are not) it is very minor. It also happened more often in the early days before we automated the panel matching. And, there is a mousepad on top, so minor variations are imperceptible.
aqxieI am sorry to hear of that. Did you send photos to our service team? I'd like to take a look at that since this problem has been very rare. And you did get a new desk twice? At no charge?
ArozziScottThe first time I bought the desk the middle and rightmost slab of the desk were uneven. I sent a support form with pictures and they sent me more desk boards, free of charge. Now the leftmost and middle slab are uneven. The difference in height is about a quarter of a millimeter on one end but a millimeter on the other. It is incredibly noticeable when my mouse passes over it.
aqxieOK, thanks. did they send you a complete new set? We'll get you taken care of and happy. And just allow me to say that everyone in our office uses an Arena (or two) as their work desk, so we have a lot of real life experience with them. This is not common.
