08/03/2018 So I have received replies from the Arozzi service team the next business day (on Monday) after emailed them, and I was promised to receive replacement parts. The replacement came in just two days later (Wednesday), and the parts were safely wrapped in protection layers, and included the leg, foot and the connection part (the broken one that actually needs to be replaced).
I was able to replace the parts with some effort, but it eventually came out looking really nice, and it is a very sturdy desk despite being placed on top of carpet. I don't experience any wobble issue, I think the trick here is to extend the leg and foot connection part (the broken piece during my installation) out of the leg, then tighten the four screws holding the foot, then proceed to the adjust height. I also have mine against the wall with a pretty heave desktop tower plus monitor sitting on top, so it has become more stabilized.
Not sure if I have mentioned this already but the paint finish actually has imperfections here and there, but all in the area that are usually not exposed, i.e. bottom side facing down. My monitor is a 27 inch qhd, which looks rather small compared to the desk, the desk really has a lot of space. However, if you ever need to write stuff on a paper, it won't be ideal because of the soft mouse pad.
Overall, I recommend this desk for its sturdiness, design, size and customer service. Just be careful about the welded part, and I hope Arozzi will engineer some better solution than the four-point-weld.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 07/27/2018 This is my first time purchasing an Arozzi product.
The desk was well packaged, parts were safely protected. They felt sturdy in my hands, the frame parts are constructed out of meta, the paint finish look beautiful.
The assembly wasn't hard, I follow the instructions sheet and watched the assembly video, which is available on their website. The instruction manual stresses about not tightening all screws until all are connected and in place so that's what I did. The desk was assembled upside down, like shown on demo video.
After every screw was tightened I was really excited to finally see it standing, and I proceeded to turn the desk over. However, as soon as I placed the desk in the upright position, I heard an unusual noise. Investigation reveals that one of the small parts that connect the legs and the feet was broken at the welded location. I was really surprised to see that happen since the desk is supposed to have a 170 lbs desktop load, and I have followed the assembly instructions closely.
The huge mouse pad is nicely crafted though and fits the desk pretty well.
I have emailed service department but it is a weekend so I probably will not hear back from them for a couple of days. I do not recommend this product as of now.
