Bought the desk in combination with the Arozzi Vernanza Chair
I do not recommend this products to anybody
1. the desk is still standing but it has some issues a. the geometry is bad / the desk is leaning forward b. the mat started to sag at the ends
2. the chair broke (I did the purchase in May 2017) a. one of the wheel plastic mounts broke, when I checked all the other 4 are cracked b. the spring pushed down too much thru centre wheels stand c. the telescopic shield of the spring broke also (due to 2b)
I do not recommend this line of products - return of investment is extremely poor.
1 star - DO NOT BUY

Virgil_NI've done many, many things on this desk since I've gotten it and it barely wobbled... but i also know how to put a desk together. You sure you assembled it correctly?
Edit: You mentioned return on investment. I'm not exactly sure how a desk or a chair produces any revenue at all. Unless you're a youtuber or other form of PR rep.

Virgil_NSounds like a weight issue for the chair, if all 4 were cracked clearly that is a sign of weight requirements not being met, sounds like you purchased a chair which was too small, likely because it was grouped with the desk as you stated.

Nosferous@Nosferous - you don't think I verified that before I have bought the chair ? (but just to satisfy your curiosity - I am more than 30% lighter than the max capacity of the chair)
I am not sure why you feel the need to blame the user or/and usage, it may be due to one of the wheel support was faulty and cracked causing causing uneven pressure / or extra pressure on the other in time.
Anyway I've talked with Arozzi and they confirmed:
1. the lift piston is sticking too hard in the wheel base support (that;s why the plastic shield broke) 2. when I asked for a replacement wheel support they mentioned that is almost impossible to remove the lift piston from the wheel base (which is true, I have tried without any luck) 3. as a last attempt I asked for a quote for wheels / wheel base + lift and strangely they stopped communication ... not sure why.
I still want to use the chair as the top part is still very good, and to be honest is a massive and comfortable chair.
Unfortunately those supposed to be premium products - I expect a life cycle of 1 year for a 50-70 $ chair not for a 200+ $ one.
I know is my fault I have bought the chair :) so I am trying to share my story with other possible customers.
As a fix (probably a temporary one) I bought some epoxy (resin + hardener) and I filled all the 5 wheel fixtures ... hopefully it will extend the life by a few months.

Virgil_NI do acknowledge the fact that these wheels do feel quite dainty, and I'm not attacking the consumer, just pointing out that if four of the wheels have the same style crack in it then the weight appears to have been evenly distributed across the four wheels and the load was still too much. However, as you've stayed this could be a fault of cheap materials or false advertising in way of weight reqs. Possible solution, do you think you could just replace the wheels themselves with an aftermarket heavy duty wheel, seeing as though they appear to be just regular office-style wheels. I understand you shouldn't have to but I'm already thinking of ways to possibly customize my chair to make it a little more comfy, the pillows for example aren't very comfortable.
