This video hurts to watch (some might even call it cringe), but here's why you shouldn't buy this desk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWUq56S29cg I've never had worse customer service for a worse product in my life.

ilusions4You are right that video is terrible and he can not even articulate what part moves or whats wrong. He implies that its the single leg design but cant show where it sways.

NotthatkatoJust to chime in here also... The Arozzi Arena desk is the best selling, award winning, patent pending gaming desk on the market today. The setup can be a little tricky for some which is why we have published a few videos on YouTube to help out with the install. I have setup at least 50 of these myself and when done right it does not wobble. I have a 38" curved and 2 34" curved displays on mine and it has no issues.

NotthatkatoAlso to note... I watched the video and saw the email. I know by the person who was on this email that we were in a time of transition in customer service. That person is no longer with the company and we have everything straightened out at this point. I hate that happened to this guy in the video. If he ever sees this message I would like to find a way to make it up to him.

Tex-ArozziI went through the tutorial video at least 5 times throughout the course of the 3 months that your company strung me along. It was not a problem with my assembly; the problem was with your desk's design or with the parts. I believed it was the design because of the way the desk wobbled and because of the fact that even when the feet were seemingly flush with the ground, the desk still wobbled (which made it impossible to focus when playing games and sculpting in ZBrush). I don't know whether it was a problem with the parts because the replacement parts your company sent were scuffed up and warped. I returned the desk, left my reviews, made that lazy video in a a couple of hours (I never claimed it to be someone else, I'm just aware of how awful it is), and I thought that was that until I saw this drop in my inbox. What made me salty again was Tex's responses to people who had issues with the desk; his response seems to always be: "eh, mine works, so idk why yours sucked". It reeks of shill and apathy. If this is a problem with faulty parts making it past QA, then the fact that your desks are fine is irrelevant. In the end, I was stupid to buy a "gaming" desk in the first place. My current $30 second-hand Ikea desk is much bigger, the same thickness, and doesn't wobble. I'd get a generic mousepad cut into the shape of the desk to emulate this one, but I prefer to use decent peripherals.

ilusions4ilusions, Here is the deal. For sure you have had issues with the desk. I get that. The customer service you received was not good and we apologize for that and as explained we were going through a major transitional period during that time. That being said we have sold over 2400 of these desk just on Drop.com with almost 100 reviews and almost 4 and a half stars. Do you really think if our desk was faulty and had major issues that 2400 people would not be raising a ruckus about it? Also, how would it get great reviews by almost 100 people? Drop.com is a open forum and people do not hesitate to speak their mind here. I know as I was also the Senior Buying Manager over the Tech community at Drop.com for 4 years. Do you not think its possible that your situation was an isolated case? When I tell you this desk is the best selling, award winning, patent pending gaming desk out there I am not just blowing smoke. You can look it up, its the truth. It sucks the experience you had! I feel for you and am so sorry that that happened. But, I can assure you that is not the norm. If it was this desk would not be so highly sought after and highly reviewed by so many out there, not just here on Drop.com. Something I did notice in your video is that you are using C-Clamp style monitor mounts and have them clamped to the side of the desk. Our desk has custom grommet mount holes in the desk and is designed to grommet mount monitors through the desk. This drastically helps to distribute the weight properly through the surface of the desk rather than all the weight C-Clamped to the side of the desk. Not to say that is the sole reason it had wobble as I am positive there were other factors involved. I just wish that I could have assisted you when you were having trouble. Again, we apologize that things worked out the way they did. B.Hutch

Tex-ArozziMy favourite thing about Arozzi is that I get to play the lottery of defective parts every time I order something. I don't believe my situation was an isolated case because of how many similar situations can be found in this discussion and on YouTube videos about your products. I did a stream for a shady key reseller a long time ago and the giveaway prize for the stream was one of your chairs; I had people in the chat complaining about Arozzi and I didn't understand why until my situation occurred. The customer service could be better now, but I highly doubt that the issue with defective parts being shipped out has been resolved. Drop sells a lot of garbage and people generally buy a lot of garbage products. Your claims don't amount to much. Even if the desk weren't a wobbly pile of trash 1 out of every 50 times (or whatever the defect rate is), it would still be a tiny and overpriced desk with a generic mousepad slapped on top. Look at how many you needed to shove together to create a usable workspace. Fair enough. I didn't know what those holes were for. The desk still wobbled without the c-clamp mount holding up the monitors, but that could have contributed to to the setup being beyond unusable. When the monitors or my laptop were just placed on the desk, it was only unusable. Lastly, you originally said something along the lines of "Ohh... Boo hoo... I really wish I could make it up to this guy." I revealed myself and you instantly went into damage control mode. If that doesn't reflect what your company's all about, idk what does.

Tex-ArozziFor what it's worth, I have the pure black Arena and I love it. I have a little wobble on carpet, any recommendations on how to best even it out?

Lipton101Yes, try these steps they should help resolve the wobble.
  1. Make sure that the two bolts on the insides of both legs are tight. The top bolt should never be loosened, however it should be snug (make sure not to overtighten this bolt. The bottom bolt should be tightened very well.
  2. Adjust the disk on the bottom of the desk to assure the desk is set level. Even on carpet this can assist in reducing wobble.
  3. If the above 2 steps do not resolve your issue then you would need to remove the legs (or just turn the desk upside down so the legs are pointing upwards) then remove the feet from the legs. Re-install the feet using an X pattern while tightening down all the bolts. Do not tighten one bolt down all the way. Tighten each bolt down slightly snug. Once you have completed 1 X pattern jiggle the leg left and right and re-align it strait again. Continue this until the bolts are fully tightened down. You should make at least 5-7 passes in the X pattern until they are fully tight.
  4. If all these steps have failed the only last thing to do would be to re-install all the metal frames under the desk and make sure everything is properly aligned and tightened down.

Tex-ArozziThis is a lot of hassle (that didn't even end up fixing the problem for me) for $500... wait what..? $800 CAD on Amazon now? lol! Does it come with or without warped and dinged-up replacement parts? I'm still loving my mess of a setup on a $30 used desk and the "I would like to find a way to make it up to him." line immediately followed up with "Do you not think its possible that your situation was an isolated case? When I tell you this desk is the best selling, award winning, patent pending gaming desk out there I am not just blowing smoke." is still the funniest attempt at PR that I've ever witnessed.
