Firm Seat but Comfortable
I like this chair but the seat was a bit more firm than I expected which I hope will add longevity to the chair overall.

Years later I am Still using this chair
at 6' 225lbs I am not a small human, and this chair has stood up to years of daily usage, the cloth construction is very durable and I highly recommend this chair

1 year in the seat, and I still dig it
I spend probably 7 hrs a day 5 days a week in this, and it's comfy enough to not have to think about. I removed one arm rest to attach a mouse and keyboard tray, but that's been the only modification needed. Although I'm not that big of a guy, sometimes I wish the headrest was just a bit higher. Would also be nice to be able to lock the casters

Nice chair, great customer support.
I'm happy with this chair and with the customer support at Arozzi. This is my first gaming style desk chair, so I can't compare it to other brands, or models from Arozzi, but the chair is firm (that's what I prefer) and has decent lower back support. I noticed a small hole in the chair back when I unboxed it. I contacted Arozzi customer support and they sent me a new chair back. I'd purchase from Arozzi again and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Pretty Good.
Assembly wasn't a huge hassle, and the chair is sturdy. I'm not a huge fan of the raised sides because I like sitting cross-legged and all sorts of strange positions but that's the price you pay for these type of chairs. The Lumbar and head pillows work, though I rarely have them on for more than a few minutes at a time.
