The chair looks and feels great while at my desk, but the bar to adjust the height of the chair can't reach the knob to adjust the hydraulics in the base :( I love the chair but the height adjustment is critical for comfort.

I've been meaning to write to ask about a warranty. The padding on the armrests is compressed, and useless. will the pads come off? They need a gel rubber or something. I'm starting to think this is an expensive throwaway chair.

After a little more than a year of using this chair the base ended up breaking on me when I was leaning back in it. I only weigh 185 lbs and am the only person to have sat in this chair.
