Sure you can game long hours with the cushion, 360 degrees swivel and 12 degree tilt. 12 degrees tilt? I’m sure you will be very happy that you can now look at the top of your monitor without craning your neck,

Great chair for my 8 year old gamer. Got mine about 2 weeks after purchase. As others have said Installlong the back to the seat is challenging. However if you get all the screws in place, only turning a couple of times and then tighten them all after, it’s relatively easy and doesn’t require a second person.

Based on the tracking number that I've received, my item shows that it has already been delivered BUT been delivered to a wrong address. I'm in California but the item went all the way to Virginia. I don't understand how did that happened regardless to my shipping info. that I've provided are true, accurate and current. Can anyone help me please. I've already sent 4 email to massdrop Support Center but no one even replied..

Well I guess I'm lucky because my transaction number and tracking number were correct. I just received my chair via FedEx and as far as setup goes it's pretty simple with exception to attaching the seat back to the bottom. HOLY CRAP was that more difficult than it should have been! Definitely a two person job unless you feel like grunting so loudly your neighbors think your trying to poop out something the size of a (not so small) squirrell. however the wheel bearings turn smoothly, pneumatic piston doesn't lose pressure (yet), and tilt is tensioned properly out of the box (for me). Pleather is soft and somewhat breathable. Overall first impression is fairly good. Let's see if it lasts.

thegreatmatsbyI too was given an incorrect tracking number. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. First time using massdrop and if something like this is common I'm not sure I'll be using it again.
