Long story short... great chair, no shipping damage, no long term wear. A few people appear to have had shipping damage but that's not exactly the only thing you should be reviewing on but whatever; mine arrived completely fine. Mine has been very comfortable and I can sit in it for hours easily.

s.trykrI agree. You are reviewing the chair, not damage caused by the carrier. People will rate an item based on shipping damage which is very misleading. You are reviewing the item.
