Is mine missing seat padding? as my bottom starts to feel sore in a very short time. (for reference my bum never feels sore like this in current mesh bottom chair) and I'm talking after sitting on it for hours . with this chair discomfort comes within mere minutes.
kind of baffled others have different results, as the chair seat does not look like its missing anything. soft to touch with fingers . it feels like sitting on a kitchen chair that has a 1 inch thick foam pad/cover on it. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CHAIR. WOULD LOVE A FULL REFUND. this sucks.
I bought this as so many say its the softest seat they have been in (in a gaming chair), I have sat in maxnomic and need for seat and both had more comfortable seats than this chair. (at the time I thought they were rather hard and uncomfortable) sigh... I did not know bumm discomfort till I sat in this chair.
love the back and neck rest, even love the seat size in both directions but its just not comfortable to sit on at all. just like @Asonitez below my chair sits very low as well. gas lift sits about 1/2 to 5/8th inch off a hard floor, so I assume that is why his photo looks like its on the floor as its on carpet.
constantly have to adjust lumbar pad as well as it slides down to bottom of chair back all the time. this would be much more tolerable if the seat bottom were not so darn uncomfortable on my bumm. totally regret buying this chair.

Stone_MaNHi. As you mention your experience is not normal at all. I've sat in one for nearly 1 1/2 years and have always been very comfortable. I am not just saying that, obviously I have lots of choices. of chairs to use daily Anyway, please contact us at service@arozzi.com and we will try to get to the, er, bottom of your trouble.
