@ArozziScott I contacted the service department via email a week ago and heard back immediately regarding whether I was getting my chair or not. They asked for some information that I responded with later that day. I believe this was either last Wed. or Thurs. Either way, I never heard back again. Thinking that it may not have gone through from my end, I sent another message on Mon. and still have not heard back. So I am trying this. I joined this drop with roughly 2 days to go before it ended yet I never received any confirmation and I never received my chair. Thankfully I haven't been charged yet but I would like to know if and when I should be expecting my chair. Thanks!

Jrenfro4Hi, if you haven't been charged yet, I think that means you somehow missed the drop. And that also means we wouldn't have any information about you, because we only get the data that is passed on by Massdrop. You might want to contact their customer service and see if you can figure out what went wrong but, sorry to say, there's nothing we can do on our side.

ArozziScottI suppose it doesn't matter then because if it is on their end I'm screwed either way. Fantastic. After all the people I told about it I didn't even get it. Any idea when it will drop again?

Jrenfro4I was just suggesting that you check with them in case they made an error processing your order. That end is completely out of our control. But if they made a mistake, we can still ship another chair. If they can't help you out we might be able to find a way to take care of you. Email us at service@arozz.com
