WhichwaydidheGoDXRacer has the patents internationally as well as in the US on these designs and has been in business since 2000. Arozzi has been in business since 2013. Only one way to skin this cat i am afraid.
DXRacer started out making car seats for race cars. in 2006 they started making desk chairs on the same principle and design of the actually car seats they were making.
