Just got mine today. Everything is okay except the lever mechanism side-peg that connect the base to the chair was slightly bent. Also, the little plastic peg in the plastic shell that covers the lever mechanism snapped off so nothing is really securing the shell to the mechanism. Is there any way I could get a replacement shell?
