However, right off of step one I realized there's a defect with my shipped product. The right side lever off of the base seat is bent inward so it's impossible to fit the backrest onto the seat! I watched multiple youtube videos on assembling this chair and it looks like there's a clear issue with the shape of my seat.
Will contact support when I get a chance but pretty disappointed. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
