Received mine. Assembly was easy enough by myself though I could see where it may have gone easier with a second set of hands. The chair itself is great and every component feels high quality. I like the relatively firm feel of the seat and the placement of the lumbar and head pillows is really appropriate, at least for my size (6' 3" 220 lbs). The wheels are quiet and everything slides and adjusts really easily, there is a definite difference between this chair and a $150 chair from Staples.
There is one relatively minor complaint that I have. The back of my chair seems slightlys askew with the portion next to the seat lever sitting slightly higher than the left portion. It's noticeable, but not a deal breaker... just one of those things.
Would buy again.
