Product arrived on time, Unfortunately my chair arrived without a vital bolt to the reclining mechanism. I contacted Arozzi's Support and they got in touch with me within a day. It took about a week or two to get a couple bolts sent out to repair it myself, but all-in-all I love this chair now that i'm able to use it! :D
