UPDATE After about a month of use I checked around the wheels to see if I was getting cracks like most of the other reviewers. Low and behold 3 out of 5 of the spokes on the star base were cracked. Do to safety concerns I contacted support with images and support quickly sent me a new star base. In most reviews that had had this issue people were compensated with metal bases so I may have had my hopes high, but I received a malformed plastic base that seems to be worse quality then the original one that came with the chair. The chair is really good but the star base is complete junk. Maybe in the future they can ship this chair with a metal base or a better quality plastic/composite base. I will use the new base I received but do not have high expectations for its longevity. After about a week of use I am completely blown away with this chair. For $200 this is an absolute must have. The chair far exceeded my expectations in comfort and quality. I am 6'6 and this chair has no issues holding my body type. I thought that the bolsters would cause a constricting feeling but that is not the case. The chair cushion is a lot softer than expected. I have used this chair for up to 8 hour at a time with no comfort issues at all. The lumbar cushions are nice, but I removed the lower back one because I don't like it when reclining. The only real complaint I have is the arm rests. I wish they locked into place, but sometimes you can accidentally slide them forward/backwards and twist them in and out. I was contemplating on whether or not to get this chair because of the mixed reviews, but decided to pull the trigger because of the price tag. I couldn't be any happier. If I have any issues I will update my review!
