Note: I have had the chair for about a month now so I can't speak for durability past that point, and I am 5'11 and weigh ~160lbs
Overall, at the $200 I paid, I am very pleased with this chair.
Assembly was extremely easy, instructions were clear, and everything lined up. Some of the plastic bits were a bit finicky to get on, but other than that smooth sailing.
The chair feels extremely sturdy, and the tolerances are pretty damn good. Less play in the arm rests than the equivalent dxracer, and all parts feel more than sturdy enough. When locked upright there is a bit of play in the base pivot, but not enough to be concerning or even really noticeable unless I'm paying attention.
The padding/foam is very dense, almost too dense, but it is breaking in, and should continue to get more comfortable over time so no issues there.
Bolsters are solid and supportive, with plenty of space. Head rest is comfortable, and the back pillow is also good, although not really my thing. (I like to sit up straight)
Armrests are good, with adequate padding and shape, although their adjust-ability is limited, and they are a tad far apart for my preference. Would have liked to see some more lateral adjustment, but for $200 bucks not the end of the world. I do keep using them for support and accidentally sliding them back and forth, but that is probably my problem and not the chairs.
I have two chairs to compare it to. A Steelcase leap (~$1000) and a Dxracer whatever (~$300). Tolerances are better than the Dxracer, though not as good as the Steelcase. Steelcase as far more, and better adjustment, but that is to be expected. Dxracer has more armrest adjustment, but other than that almost identical.
All in all, a very good chair, particularly for the price.
