I purchased a different chair from Arozzi near the holidays, and for the last month the base of the chair has been tilted (so I am siting slanted). I have been trying to contact support but every time I try to call them their phone number results in a "I'm sorry, this number has been disconnected". I was very happy with the chair... But not at the expense of my health. I just wish I was able to get ahold of someone at Arozzi to resolve this issue.
