Pleather upolstry only lasts a year or two, plastic base stretches and lets the lifter through, foam armrests disintegrated inside 6 months and casters do not come apart for cleaning.

TisakuI have no idea what chair you are reviewing but it's not the new Arozzi Vernazza that I am sitting on right now
Mine is Dark Grey Fabric with 4D Armrests that are indeed foam inside but encased in a flexible but very tough grade of plastic. The Lifter is fitted into a very heavy duty Metal Base Plate which the lifter could never penetrate under any foreseeable circumstance. The Casters are excellent on hard or carpeted flooring and are removable for easy cleaning. This is far and away the Best Chair I have ever owned.
