It's ok but it doesn't really feel very comfortable
I'd like to start off by saying that I purchased this chair for the purpose of modding it into a flight cockpit for VR flight simming. I bought this style of chair because I figured the contour would be similar to sitting in a deep set performance car seat, and therefore would be fairly comfortable for flight and racing sims. My daily use office chair is a Herman Miller Aeron and I've used a bunch of cheap and mid-range chairs from the Office supply store special to stuff from Steelcase. But anyway, about this chair... Well, the foam is quite stiff... maybe it will losen up over time, but if it loosens up enough to be what I would consider "soft," I suspect the seat won't be good for much longer since it would need to lose like 50% of it's stiffness. I'd say the seat is tougher than the average car seat, and maybe even tougher than the average economy class airline seat. The fabric of the seat is soft to the touch, but feels tough and rough... like a bath towel that you love how it feels now but you know it won't survive more than a couple washes before it feels like sandpaper. Thankfully, I don't think I'll need to run the chair through the washer. The lumbar support pillow is too large, both in the vertical axis and in depth. I have a hard time finding a comfortable place to put it because it's also made of the same stiff foam material. If I leave it low, it pushes my butt out of the seat pocket and closer to the edge. If I place it higher up, it feels like an awkward lump pressing against my back. I haven't figured out if it's removable yet, might just cut it off. Speaking of seat pockets... why do I feel like I'm being supported by the edge of the seat rather than the seat itself? On my Herman Miller, my upper back is flush against the chair and it conforms to my shape up to my middle back where it tapers away. The Arozzi feels like when you hold a tennis ball on the tips of your fingers, fully supported but at what cost. Thankfully tennis balls do not feel discomfort, but unfortunately, I do. I want to sit back into this seat but it feels like it's trying to squeeze me out. I'm not a terribly large dude by any means, I only have the "medium" sized Aeron and while it feels small in person, I feel comfortably supported by the entirety of it instead of just the edges. It's like the difference between a park bench and the kind of bench you might have in your home. Technically they're both benches, but I know which one I'm eager to sit on. Also, yes I know the Herman Miller costs like 5x as much as this Arrozi, but honestly I've sat in more comfort in an Ikea. You guys need to do a side by side between a real car seat and your chair because it feels like you're doing everything wrong here. I feel like your contours are designed for someone who's heavy set but the chair is dimensioned out for someone who's quite thin or very tall. Also, consider softening the foam on the wings, they're completely too stiff and just shove my shoulders forward. Build wise, it's metal construction, sturdy frame and some pretty thick bolts. No major complaints here. I did however get the bolts I was supposed to install, pre-installed in the holes where they belong (great because no instructions needed) but they were adhered with some locktite-like substance... so it took more work than necessary to remove and replace. For $350 I think you could do a bit better. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that you should probably try to reach for Steelcase which is in the $400-600 range and will give you a considerably more comfortable experience with equally great frame build quality. I think most of the cost of this is on the silly pseudo-car seat design that falls short on all the ergonomics that such a design provides, in my opinion.

Great, comfortable chair for the home office
I bought this chair to use in my home office/gaming setup. The chair came nicely packaged, and was easy to assemble. I've been using it for a little over a month now and I can say that it's definitely been an improvement. The fabric is soft, and the adjustment on the chair is top notch. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to move the arm rests in/out.

It Does Everything it says.
I cant complain about the quality. Comfort leaves something to be desired, but its not awful. A little firm for my taste. Looks fantastic though, so it at least makes for good pictures. Back rest is pretty much adjustable from Full on 90 deg. to basically a bed. As I said, Works just as advertised, but it is rather firm. Overall Pretty good.

Great Chair
This chair has been an improvement to my office setup. For me, the adjustment options and quality have improved my posture while sitting. I find myself sitting for long periods of time between work and gaming all from WFH lifestyle. This has been a great idea to purchase and the fabric is perfect for warm and cold days compared to leather options.

Really like the soft fabric. I live in Florida and leather chairs are not comfortable with the heat and humidity. The padding is firm and comfortable, I've only had it for two weeks but it seems high quality and I don't expect it to flatten like cheap chairs. The mechanism is robust and has good adjustments, I like that the back can be reclined independently. Only complaint is that the lowest height is still a bit high. The top of the seat is at 18", not too high but higher than any chair I've had before.

Solid quality chair
OkMy chair just came yesterday and to be honest I am impressed with the build quality. The brackets and fasteners feel heavy and sturdy. Everything fit together how it should. The fabric is much better than PU leather in my opinion. After I got it all adjusted, which I was amazed with coming from a $75 chair that I can lock in the amount of recline I want on this chair. Seriously comfortable. I am 6'6" about 230lbs and the chair fits really well. The back of the chair is tall, although the pillow doesn't quite reach where I need it to. This isn't a big deal because I tend to hunch forwards a bit while playing games. I only have one minor issue and that is one of the plastic pieces on the armrest bracket came broken. It's just a cosmetic thing, but I think for a chair of this price it's ok to expect everything to come intact. It's hard to say if it happened in shipping, my box wasn't overly damaged but the piece does sit towards the edge of the box. Either way it doesn't effect the function or fit of the chair. I was wary for the price, but 100% recommend this chair. For $300 it's a steal compared to DXRacers, the need for seat brand, and secret lab.
