Not bad for the price
I am 6 feet and the back was not long enough to support my head. The chair lasted about 2 and a half years before finally breaking and giving out, I ended up welding the chair back together and stronger than ever. I ended up giving that chair to my brother and bought an Ak racing chair. I would not recommend this chair but Ak racing chairs come with a 10-year warranty and are super good quality.

poor quality
chair broke within a year, same as everyone else. The legs connecting the casters just cracked and twisted.

Terrible, cheap and a waste of money
Don't waste your money on gaming chairs, especially something in the lower range like this. Doesn't help with your posture or form, actually caused me back/waist pain due to the poor posture/positioning it put me in. The arm rests warped basically right away because it's a cheap chair and can't take the wait of you pushing down on the arm rests to adjust your seating position.

Won't last longer than a year
Immediately out of the box some of the plastic external bits to cover where the arm joins bolt to the base were broken, I let it go, however about a year into owning it I noticed the char now began to squeak and roll horribly. Layer I would discover that I would always rotate one direction on it until I checked the metal base and noticed cracks forming and splitting on each of the 5 legs. I'm 6ft 2 and weigh 200, this shouldn't be happening to a damn office/gaming chair. Highly regret my purchase.

Very cheap chair
Ordered the chair in late 2017, fast forward to the beginning of 2020. I noticed the seat was leaning to the right. I flipped it over and noticed serious cracks in the base. I don't use this chair often and only weight 168lbs.

Decent chair
I've had the chair for about a year or two now. Still holds up but it seems the lumbar support is starting to become not as firm but overall pretty good chair.

Pretty good, but not long lasting.
I'm trying to balance my review against the price paid here versus the relative price of gaming chairs. When I first got this chair I was delighted - I had only ever used task chairs in my life and having the full length backing plus lumbar and head pillows was a delight - I know I've napped in this and I've reclined and watched movies in it. Unfortunately it's not particularly tall, and never fit my desk correctly. The arm rest width is not adjustable and are too wide to be particularly useful for me when trying to work, but are great when kicking back. The armrests themselves use a plastic sleeve on top of metal that's a bit wobbly. All in all though, I could live with it and enjoyed it while it lasted. I bought it in June 2017 and now April 2020 and it's basically falling apart at this point: it doesn't firmly lock into place anymore and seems to be tilting forward, several of the casters are bent off to the side, and the foam seems fully compressed to the point where my butt hurts sitting in the chair now. I don't think I would mind buying the same one again at tis price if i could get it taller to fit my desk better. Ultimately I'd really like to find one that's a bit more adjustable, a bit more sturdy, and with replaceable foam panels so I could just top off what needs to be topped off without replacing the entire chair.

Garbage.
I'm not a heavy guy, and like many here, I've had the swivel legs warp and crack from mild day-to-day use.

Absolutely terrible. Worst customer support ever. I honestly never would have thought I could get scammed on massdrop. First let's talk about the reliability and customer support. To sum things up the customer support team had me rebuild the chair three times and didn't compensate me at all for it. As many of you know these chairs take time to build and massdrop sent me damaged/incorrect part multiple times. Now about the chair. The chair is very low to the ground (even with the hight raised to maximum) and the styrofoam-like padding is horrendous. Luckily both are easy fixes. Personally I can't say anything about their other products but arozzis customer support and quality has to be the WORST out of any gaming chair company in the market.
