@ArozziScott I have read many good reviews about this chair and a fair amount of bad ones referring to chairs arriving with missing pieces and parts becoming defective after less than a year of use. If I decide to get one and something like previously mentioned happens does Arozzi replace chairs or send replacement parts at least?
PointDexterousHi, thanks for the question. These chairs have been shipping for just over a year. Of course, as is true of every mass produced item, there are occasional defects or issues. But it is covered by a two year warranty. That's a legal obligation on our part to take care of the type of problems you mention. So, yes, of course, we not only do that but we do it quicker and with less hassle than other companies.
