5/10 the box was in a majority bad beat up condition. And i was also given the wrong color chair. Was glad it got here in tact atleast, and quickly

Hi, first of all sorry for the box condition, but that is due to UPS. We get a lot of complaints about this and are investigating moving our shipping to FedEx.  We shipped a lot of chairs with a higher degree of difficulty than usual because not only did we have to match each customer to their color, we also had to make sure between the Verona and the Pro.  Contact us at service@arozzi.com and we can take care of your mis-shipment.  Please save all the packaging.
