Impossible to screw the seat of the chair to the backrest. The screws either straight up don't fit the holes or require more torque than can be humanly generated by hand. Checked the Arozzi website and it recommended that I clean the screw holes. Did that, zero change. At a loss here, how do I go about requesting a refund? The chair literally cannot be assembled like this.

TrevorphayesI have the same issue, I don't know if the screws were stripped before or after me attempting to put them in. The screw hole is unusable and this holds true for all of them. If I am not the only one with this issue, Arozzi should at the least send a replacement back piece and screws which are ensured to work with priority shipping.

oVexlzFollow up note, a friend who knows a bit more about building stuff looked at the screw holes and said wtf. Apparently they are so messed up that they would have never worked.
