Got mine in less than 24 hours from shipment (guess I live super close). Assembled it last night, and I'd say so far that it feels like I got my money's worth. My old chair was some Costco $100 model which worked great for years until I realized I was never sitting straight up and my back was starting to hurt more and more.
I'm amazed at how much better it feels to sit at the computer "properly" now.
