Just got mine from Black Friday event and I'm missing all the Screws and washers, and the Chair Cylinder and Cylinder Cover. Everything else came in good condition though...
I've contacted Massdrop support, but should I also contact Arozzi as well?

Philipa902They told me to contact Arozzi's support, and provide the receipt from MassDrop (online) if they need warranty. Too bad it takes Arozzi twenty years to respond...

Awang19Ugh, just got mine and I'm in the same boat. I'm missing parts E (hydraulic post), F (post cover), J, K, L, & M (bolts and washers), and N the hex wrench. I got a box with half a chair cluttering up office space. Oh, and I have a second one due to arrive tomorrow. I hope it's complete. It's too bad. I have Arozzi's gaming desk, and it's great.

kir13yIve sent 5 customer support requests to Arozzi and only got one response. They stopped responding after that first response. Lmao

Awang19Are you serious? How do I just return this thing? I don't want to deal with that. My time is much more valuable than the price difference between this and a decent chair from someone else.

kir13yContact MassDrop and see if you can avoid going through Arozzi if ur returning. Unfortunately, you will probably have to contact Arozzi to return it though
