I have yet to receive any indication that my chair has actually been shipped to me. I did get an email with a tracking number but with FedEx it seems that they don't care. The "anticipated ship date" on my order was December 1st and the label was created. There has been nothing since this point. This is my first experience with massdrop and it is a terrible one so far. I don't seem to be the only one with problems here. What do i need to do to cancel/return this?

TheriddlerHi, Don't blame Massdrop. Arozzi is 100% responsible for shipping. We apologize if somehow we missed your shipment. No excuses, but our warehouse got slammed after Black Friday, much more than we anticipated so it is only logical that they would make a few mistakes. We are sorry that you are one. Please contact us via email with your name at service@arozzi.com and the other details of what you ordered and we will follow up and get you your product ASAP.
