I ordered this chair and I am missing the hardware, gas spring and the plastic covers are cracked. I need to find out how to get replacement parts before Christmas because it is a gift. I'm glad we tried to assemble it beforehand so we knew ahead of time that it was such a mess. Don't you guys have quality checks? My boyfriend ordered one for his brother and the seat is ripped and the plastic pieces broken apart as well. Complete failure.

DianaRI'm missing the same parts. There are quite a few of us that are missing these parts because someone over at Arozzi doesn't know how to count to 10. @ArozziScott can you offer some answers? None of my requests (email, massdrop customer support) have been answered...

DianaRYes, we have quality checks. We sold almost 400 chairs in this drop and hundreds more in previous drops with a very low rate of problems. We will investigate what is going on but I will not make excuses why this happened and just get you taken care of. Contact us at service@arozzi.com and you will be taken care of.

kir13yAnd by the way, if our customer service is not answering you, I need to know that too. Please post here to my attention when you do not receive a response from an email to service@arozzi.com within 24 hours on business days. Usually we answer in the same day but if we have not answered within a day then it is a problem. Please remember that we do not work on weekends and holidays and that we are on West Coast time.

kir13yNo response to my emails nor my boyfriends either from Arrozi. They replied to this comment and said to contact them, but that's no help of they don't answer. I emailed yesterday, but mu boyfriend emailed them days ago. Still no resolution. Horrible quality.
