@ArozziScott It has now been over 24 hours since my support requests were sent. I sent an email to support@arozzi, tweeted at arozzichairs, and the only people who have answered were massdrop support who told me that I needed to send an email to support@arozzi. Should I send another email?

kir13yNo, do not send another mail. We are working on it. You will hear from us by tomorrow. Sorry but we ended up a little short-handed in support today unexpectedly. Stuff like that happens.
