how safe is this drop? I've read few of the comments and it looksl ike they have a horrible QC issue
jprovidoThe few issues that have happened and reported in the drop discussion is just that. Keep in mind that we have sold thousands of this model at this point. So, the bad reports VS the units sold are still extremely low. The Arozzi Service Team has taking care of these isolated situations.

jprovidoI was one of the unlucky ones and I'm happy to report that the customer service was excellent. I was worried when they hadn't gotten back to me in over 24 hours but once they finally got back to me, they shipped out the missing parts. I haven't received them yet but hopefully they will be here tomorrow!
EDIT: See comment below. TL:DR they sent the wrong parts, get a chair from a different company.

jprovidoI would be very very hesitant from ever ordering something from Arozzi... Mine was missing all of the screws and the gas spring. I've had an incredibly difficult time getting in touch with their support staff and once I finally did, they sent me the wrong parts and were missing some of the parts. Just spend the extra $50 and buy from a better company, don't waste your time with this junk.

jprovidoI bought two chairs. They arrived a week apart. First was missing parts. Second was fine. I just got the missing parts 2 weeks after the first. Now I have two nice gaming chairs. Arozzi was very communicative for me through the process.

kir13yYea they used two day shipping. Except they said they would send it on the 15th then randomly sent us an email saying they were closing our case so we called. Then they printed a shipping label on the 20th but it wasn't actually shipped till the 21st. It's sitting at a FedEx facility 12 miles from my house waiting to be delivered dec26th.

Sandwich2I got in on a drop for chairs from Arozzi as well as desks. Ran into a couple issues. First, never got any tracking information for the chairs, but they just randomly showed up...Luckily I happened to be home. I did receive a tracking number for a single desk...Even though I ordered 4 of them. The fedex tracking info said one box at 97 pounds and also said 4xwhite desks. Wasn't super happy when only one desk showedup, so my gaming desk with 4 chairs is for poker? Called Arozzi and as first they did the usual garbage telling me I needed to call FedEx, but after telling them there's no way it's fedex's fault, they told me they'd call me back in 20 minutes...An hour later I called them and they told me my desks had already shipped...Kept pushing and asking for tracking info and they told me they shipped this morning when I first called...Game me one single tracking number(3 desks) and swear that will get me my desks. Been checking that tracking number all day and still says no information available. So much for the surprise for my sons gaming room as it'll be at least another week before I get 3....Or maybe just one desk.
