Following up on a previous comment, I also had problems just getting the chair to ship. I actually waited two weeks before deciding to do something about it, and I recommend calling the number listed on Arozzi's site. Once I did that, the chair promptly reached me in four days.
No problems putting the chair together by myself, and once I finished it, I have nothing but compliments for the chair. Super comfortable and the recline is a very nice bonus that I wound up using more often than I expected.
In short, while the shipping time sucked, once I called customer service they were fast to respond and the chair was well worth it.
