Just received the chair and it is really nice, I do like it quite a bit, but the upholstery of the seat and back rest are damaged, minimally. I’m still going to put it together though to get the feel of it hahaha. Would be great if I could recieve replacement parts.

tie-dieResponse was within 24 hours and it took them like 1-2 to process my request. I don't have tracking ID from Fedex, I just requested one yesterday, but I'm confident my replacements are already on their way to my house. The women told me on March 2nd that she would give a tracking ID if FedEx hasnt already came to pickup my replacement parts. Order should most likely arrive next week.
