when it says "estimated ship date xxx" does that mean I'll receive it on that date or it will actually be shipped out on the date.

sadanthonyNormally it is the date is has to be shipped by. We however ALMOST always shipped before that date. In some cases their are some rare occasions that we ship a couple of chairs out on the last day.
