FishyChipsits not from something being loose. It's part of the same mechanism that lets the chair be raised and lowered. if I lean back the chair will lean back as well. but wont raise off the ground. if I flip the left switch under the chair (the one that chooses if I want to raise or lower the chair) if I have it flipped down the chair wont lean back much but if I have it flipped up the chair leans back a lot
sadanthonyShow me a pic of the bottom.. Did you put the base on in the right direction? Pointed portion should point to the front of the chair. Just put mine together and it's rock solid.
AvidburntBase is on properly. Just talked to a few friends who have the same chair and I guess it's not a problem. Just something that was different compared to my previous chair. all good now though.
sadanthonyHello, the chair has the tilt and lock function. Meaning that you are able to rock your chair (some what like a rocking chair.) You can also flip the handle to lock it in place. Thank you
