I just got my chair today (Verona Pro) and I am missing the chair cylinder and the cylinder cover, everything else seems to be there.
This is extremely disappointing, I was really looking forward to this.
I have contacted Arozzi support but I am seeing reviews that they do not always respond.
I also got the Arozzi Arena desk which has turned out to be incredible. Hopefully the chair issue is resolved and I can feel this way about the chair as well.
