Is there a way to receive a package tracking number once the chair ships?
Quinncom2I guess I'll ask the same question. I'm super excited to receive it! There was tax on my order so I'm hoping it ships locally (i'm in CA, San Diego to be exact).
Quinncom2Once a shipping label is created there should be a email sent with the tracking information in it. If you haven't received a email a few days after the expected shipping date then contact service@arozzi.com and they can help you get the tracking number.

arozziserviceteamI see that the estimated shipping date is 4/13, but in some comments it said they usually 3 days after the drop ends so like 4/6 or 4/7 for people on the east coast, I was wondering if the email would come before the 13th
Quinncom2Yes in most cases a email is automatically sent when your shipping label is created. About 90% of the time we ship it before the ship date. There are some cases we ship on the estimated ship date just to let you know. Thank you

Quinncom2Unless shipping varies per destination - you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and it will inform you when labels are created/shipped without waiting for the vendor.
I got my notification today that my chairs were labeled/set to ship and arrive by Friday.

Quinncom2Yep - actually looking at it now, the two black chairs I ordered are already in transit (set for Fri) and the red/black is still in the label phase but also says Fri.
Either way - seems about a week to get across the country!
