arozziserviceteamArozziserviceteam I got my chair today; thank you. I have a question regarding the right lever under the seat. It doesn’t appear to adjust the height. It actually doesn’t do anything when I attempt to adjust it. Am I missing something? I followed the instructions and even watched a video on YouTube to ensure I did everything correctly. Also, do the arm rest turn inward at all?

Marcus83818Disregard the question regarding the lever, I figured it out. Push in then turn up hard (Not sure if that’s normal because it feels like over time that lever may break).
