Received the shipment way in advance (two days early) of when the drop was supposed to arrive. I was ecstatic about putting it together to use, but when I doing an inventory of items in the box notice a small tear on the front cushion of the seat. To remedy the issue, I called into Arrozi customer service and they directed me to Jennifer. She was really nice and listened to the issue I was having. She told me exactly what they needed from me and that they will ship out a replacement by the end of Friday with tracking information. It's a bit unfortunate that there was ever an issue in the first place but Arrozi does stand by their product!
