I really like this chair! Comfy for gaming. Only problem is that after a few months the chair doesn't keep its' height. The Gas piston doesn't hold the height when I'm sitting in it. Going to contact support to see about a replacement piston.

Does anyone know how wide the chair is from outer edge of armrest to armrest? I want to make sure it will slide under my desk well.

So, I got my chair, which I am super stoked about! However, when I received the package, the box was completely opened. I don't know if it came open during shipping or was intentionally opened or what, but the tape was perfectly split in half and box opened (took pictures). It looked like it was all good inside though, so I went on. Well, last night when starting to put the chair together, I noticed that the hard foam type plastic at the base of one of the armrests was cracked and a fairly large chunk had ripped off the bottom (immediately took pictures of this too). So it's missing a chunk of the black foam and there are a couple cracks throughout the rest of the piece of plastic foam, which makes it look pretty bad and worries me that it will rip off completely soon. Is this worth trying to get a replacement over? I hate to ask for a replacement because I don't know that it'd be able to be fixed without a whole new base seat part of the chair, which is a lot to replace for just a piece of the base of the armrest being broken. But at the same time, I was excited about having this and it sucks that it's already in disrepair. Thoughts?

Just want to make sure before I buy: I want to get the Orange/White Pro option, but the picture at checkout is the same as the Red/White. If I buy the Orange/White, I will actually get the orange chair, right?
Yes, you sure will. Sorry about that confusion.

For other buyers, how long did previous shipments take to arrive? If ship date is December 13, I’m concerned that it won’t arrive before Xmas. Assume this is coming from overseas.

This might be helpful. I bought the first gen last year. It shipped out of California
You will get it before Christmas. We are shipping them from our warehouse in California.

I wish they made these with mesh or something other than fake leather. Maybe give the option of genuine leather. That PU leather will start peeling in a year or 2.

That's really good to hear. I'll keep that in mind. Thank you so much!
I've had my Arozzi Verona for a year and everything is still intact

Update, Chair keeps sinking for two weeks now. The PRO V2 is fine but my chair specifically, is not the best. I regret this purchase. :/

I have the Clutch Shift Series – Alpha Black Mid-Sized, and the Arozzi Verona Pro - Red/White/Black v1. I am 5'11" and around 180lbs. The Arozzi is far superior in fit for me. Key differences:
  1. Lumbar support. That adjustable pad on the Arozzi is perfect. The big, squishy, hard to adjust memory foam thing on the Clutch sucks.
  2. Size of the Arozzi - perfect for me. Clutch is a bit bigger than I want, and far too big for the wife.
  3. Armrests - perfect. Concave, and non-obtrusive, though I've debated removing them. The ones on the Clutch are HUGE and get in the way of my natural arm position for typing, plus they are flat, and lack the nice concave feel of the Arozzi.
  4. Fit and finish is nicer on the Clutch.
  5. If you are larger, the Clutch series is probably the way to go, though the design differences are non-trivial for me.

What is the return policy on this chair? As in, if i am unsatisfied with the performance/quality of the chair, would i be able to send it back without any problems?
Drop.com does not accept returns which is one of the ways they are able to offer the lowest prices.

I really like this chair and the price is really good, $189 at the time of posting, but now would not be a good time to buy for me personally. Will the drop happen again and does it happen regularly?
This might actually not be available again at this price. At least until the Tariff situation gets settled anyway.
