@ArozziScott What are the warranty terms on this chair? I am having issues with a DXRacer I ordered from massdrop a while back, and they are refusing me warranty because it was purchased 3rd party. Doesn't make much sense to me since the chair was delivered directly from DXR, but whatever, I'll be doing business with you or AK from now on.

Jssaylor2007Our warranty is two years parts and labor And, unlike DX, we actually ship warranty parts free of charge if needed.

ArozziScottGlad I went ahead and bought your chair then. Not sure why DXR charges so much more, especially when they dont stand behind their warranty.

Jssaylor2007I wonder too. But it takes time usually for the reality of how a company operates to catch up to the image it has in the general public.
