Nearly 2 inches smaller than the standard Archaeo, this sub-sized model is more pocket friendly and accessible. Armed with a 3.1-inch D2 drop-point blade, it’s still large enough to take on most slicing tasks. Also different on this version is the liner lock (instead of a frame lock) and G-10 scales (as opposed to titanium). All of these changes contribute to a lightweight yet durable overall build that’s easy to take anywhere. Courtesy of the ball-bearing pivot system and flipper tab, the Archaeo opens fast and swiftly. Here, you can position the tip-up steel clip on the right or left side, too.
