Styled like a balisong knife, the Artisan Cutlery Kinetic Tool is as fun to play with as it is handy on the job. Built with a titanium handle, it opens and closes just like a butterfly knife—only when you open this one, you won’t find a blade, but rather a 3.9-inch multi-tool Read More

I Googled it and Artisan Cutlery isn't even selling it for as high as this. It's a gimmick device, more than anything else, but I've wasted $70 on drummer stuff than this.
MJLiptakFor the thousand times here (if you go ahead and read other replies!), this is the Titanium handle! It's the G-10 one which is the cheaper one!!
cammelionThanks for the info. I guessing I'm the first person to point this out to you, but the page provides how many discussions there are - 48 prior to mind. It also provides a word search function, and prior to you mentioning titanium - it was mentioned twice. Not quite a 1000, or even 100, or even 10, it wasn't even halfway to five.
Again, thank you for the info, but next time - maybe a little less dramatween.
Super fun concept for a fidgety toy. Impressed by the combination butterfly and auto, that's neat...... But that price for something that has so few practical applications?
Be honest, 99% of its use is only ever going to be as a party favor for opening beers
KavikI sitting here trying to figure out how much beer with pop tops or twist off tops that I could buy for $125.00. More than enuf to pick up a PD and a few others charges is what I'm thinking.
The images are photoshopped as can be. If you watch the video, the handles don't align when the "blade" is out like that. If your images can't be honest, then you're hiding something. That's a big "yeah....NOOOOO!" from me there, bud.
HoneybadgersIt sounds like all the cops you know are idiots with anger problems. What’s to hate about a folding multi-tool? Do they also hate plastic water-pistols and folding Leatherman-type pliers, too?
Maybe they just hate freedom, in general, and love their positions of power and authority over other people.
You'd have to be a total idiot to buy this. The "Hex Wrench" "Pry Bar" and "Ruler" are so laughably inadequate, they're clearly never going to be used.
Need that beer opened? Sure, let me flip out this "conversation piece" and open that for you...
All it's missing is the word "Tactical" in the title.
