This is John from Chicago Comb writing. I've personally owned this wallet for about 8 or 9 months (in the black / teal color combo) and can tell you this is, far and away, the most amazing wallet I've ever owned. The black chromexcel leather is just so supple, soft, and buttery (while still durable - it doesn't show scratches). It still smells nice too - you can tell they are using top quality leathers which they hand-select at Horween. (Phil and Dan, who own Ashland, also work at Horween). Absolutely amazing wallet. For the price, it's an absolute steal. You're getting wallet hand-made in Chicago by expert artisans using leather from one of the world's best tanneries (Horween - also located in Chicago). You can't beat it. I just bought two other Johnny the Fox wallets, in other color combinations, to give as gifts.
