man, im disappointed...this is the most expensive wallet i have ever purchased and the stitching on the front left pocket (with the logo on it) has already become undone. the pocket is so loose and i have already lost my UCLA student ID and my california drivers license.
is there any recourse for this? this item has not even lasted 1 year! and the fact that this is the most expensive wallet i have ever purchased should tell you that i dont use my wallet that often! please repair my wallet so i can use that slot again...i hope i dont lose any more cards...

akwardsauceIf you're concerned about a defect, you should contact customer support at massdrop.com/support. There's not much I can do in this comment thread, but they should be able to help you figure that out.

akwardsauceThey said on their last one that they would cover all unraveled stitching, check through the discussion and I'm sure you will find it. They stand by their quality.
