I’m hesitant about going wireless. But there’s no denying it’s convenience in portable systems. How’s the sound compared to Dragonfly red?

Sold it now. would prefer aptx hd. also fed up of how proprietary aptx is :(. i prefer free formats. like opus, codec2, flac, wv, vorbis, etc.
aptx hd is still lossy but higher bitrate. looks like wired is the only lossless way after all.
for me, as i dont use my phone for my dap cus its headphone amp is too noisy and aptx means a extra dongle attached to my mini computers or daps, which means its more stuff to carry when i could just try using my old iaudio x5 with sdcard upgrade cus that fits in pockets more easily and is now a lot lighter without a hard drive. i was interested in bt wireless audio cus ive been using my bulky diy zipit z2 + addon pack handheld (whats a zipit: https://mozzwald.com/zipitz2) but i trying to now make a more compact zipit addon pack which would mean it fits into a pocket again :)
