I'm getting close to the point where I'll need to work with my credit card on a charge back. The fact we have not received an update is of concern. If I've not heard back by the end of the day. I'll be working with my bank.

BrainleakI've already requested they cancel my order for the other drop as they have left us hanging as well. If they don't get back to me soon I'll be calling my bank as well.
