EdS2I got the exact same email, I sent them all the photos they asked for and they replied that I would be contacted as soon a they could resolve the issue. Then today I get this cryptic email asking if I have anything more to add or if I need more time to "work through their response"! Are you Friking kidding me!

EdS2I haven't received any emails from them today. Received one yesterday saying they would update us on the situation in a few days.
